A recap of our Conversation with The Downtown Bike Hounds

The "best little bike shop in Ontario" is, in our opinion, The Downton Bike Hounds in Hamilton on John Street.  What was our experience with them?  Why are they such a great business?  What did we learn from our conversation with Will, the Manager at the shop?
